Our staff will work with you to determine how to apply these green initiatives to your event before, during and even after the event is over.
CONEXSYS hopes to make your event a green one by:

- Offering biodegradable badge holders & lanyards
- Providing paperless and battery operated lead retrieval systems
- Reusing excess badge holders
- Promoting plastic badge holder return program (for reuse)
- Promoting zero waste events (by taking all excess materials at the end of the show)
- Confirming registrations and payments electronically

- Promote a green corporate culture
- Recycle paper, glass, and plastics
- Provide a filtered water system to reduce the use of bottled water
